Calacatta is an apartment with vaulted ceilings and arched windows behind floral wrought-iron grilles. With two bedrooms and a large living room it sleeps up to four, which makes it a natural fit for families and small groups.

The living room has a U-shaped sofa with glass and gold-toned side tables. The dining area, with a large black table beneath the arched window, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen: built-in oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher and a well-stocked pantry.

One bedroom is a double, with Tiffany-style lamps and a walk-in wardrobe. The other has a white wrought-iron bed and a desk beneath the window. The bathroom is in gold-veined white marble, with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer, air conditioning in every room and fibre-optic Wi-Fi.
